Rates:
Minimum of two-hour period between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.: $60.00
Additional hours at $30.00 per hour or full day rental for $200.00
Security Deposit: $75.00
Society members receive 10% off rental fee
Guest Number: Up to 49 guests fit comfortably in the cottage
The Society is excited to announce that the interior of the Cottage has recently been renovated thanks to Urbanscape, the City of Maitland, and Central Florida Boy Scout Council. A new sign was donated by John Kaiser of Designage.
Make history with your own unique experience! We offer beautiful outdoor space for rental on our historic campus with a scenic view of Maitland's Lake Lily. This space is available for weddings, showers, corporate events, and birthday parties!

The grounds available for rent at Lake Lily are located next to the historic Waterhouse Residence Museum. This is a perfect location for a unique wedding ceremony and/or a small reception.
Also, the Cottage at Lake Lily is a great location for a small wedding of less than 49 guests.
The Society does not provide seating or any other rental items. See our suggested vendor list for more information.
Take your wedding photos inside the Victorian Residence Museum in beautiful settings such as the staircase, parlor, and interior landing! Additional fee of $50 applies.
