Take the Lee Rd. Exit and head East.
Lee Rd. will dead end at 17/92 also known as Orlando Ave.
Turn left (North) on Orlando Ave. and then take a left (West) on Maitland Ave.
Take your immediate left into Lake Lily Park near the Maitland Civic Center.
Follow Lake Lily Drive to the second parking area past the playground.
Make history with your own unique wedding experience! We offer beautiful outdoor space for rental next to the historic Waterhouse Residence with a scenic view of Maitland's Lake Lily. This space is also available for showers, corporate events, and birthday parties!
Rates:
Minimum of two hour periods between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.: $150.00
Security Deposit: $75.00
Additional hours at $50.00 per hour
Society members receive 10% off rental fee.
Take your wedding photos inside the Victorian Residence Museum in beautiful settings such as the staircase, parlor, and interior landing! Additional fee of $50 applies.
Photography is also permitted inside for an additional $50 fee.
Reservations:
To secure a rental date, the lessee must complete an application and pay 50% of the rental fee. The balance is due two weeks prior to the event.
Refund Policy:
If you must cancel, please notify us in writing at least 21 business days in advance and you will be refunded 75% of the rental fee and the security deposit. If we are notified less than 21 days in advance, you will receive back your security deposit.
Guest number:
Up to 100 guests fit comfortably on our grounds.
Photography:
Photography is permitted outside the Waterhouse Residence. Photography is also permitted in a variety of settings inside for an additional $50 fee.

Tent Rental:
Tents are available through approved vendors. Tent size is limited by mature landscaping.
Catering, music, etc. is not provided by Maitland Historical Society. Please see our vendor list for additional information. We do provide basic electricity, public restrooms and a changing room.
